Privacy Policy

CSV files and trades imported into the journal are processed in your browser and stored in IndexedDB on your device. We do not upload your trade history to our servers.

If you clear your browser storage or use a different browser, the local journal will not follow you. Export or keep your source CSVs if you need a backup.

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the market you select, your language preference, the page that referred you, and basic request metadata such as user agent and time.

We use this to send early-access updates and the free template. We do not sell it.

If analytics is enabled we use a privacy-friendly page-view tool. We track aggregate events such as page views, template downloads, and waitlist submissions.

We do not send your email, CSV contents, or individual trades to analytics.

We use service providers for hosting, waitlist storage, and email delivery. They process data only to provide those services.

• Plausible — optional, cookie-less analytics

The core product does not require advertising cookies. If you enable optional analytics, it is designed to work without cross-site tracking cookies.

Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until the waitlist is closed. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist data by emailing hello@suregain.app. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.

Because journal data is local, you control it directly through your browser.

SureGain is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
