Terms of Service

SureGain is a trade journaling and analytics tool. It helps you review trades you have already made. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or signal service, and it does not place orders.

Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any specific feature. We may change or discontinue early-access plans.

The journal is local-first. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of CSVs and any data you care about. Clearing browser storage may delete your journal.

Do not use SureGain to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with other users.

SureGain, its branding, and the site content are owned by us or our licensors. The free template is provided for your personal trading review. You may not resell it as a competing product.

Exchanges, hosting providers, analytics, and email providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their services or for exchange data that is incomplete or delayed.

The service and templates are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that calculations, imports, or exchange formats will always be correct or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of SureGain. You are responsible for verifying every calculation before relying on it.
